I recently hired “Whack a Mole” from JM Entertainment and I’m so impressed with the service I was provided with! I sent through a very last minute request and Lauren pulled out all the stops to make sure we could get what we needed, and it arrived on time and was perfect for what we needed. Absolutely thrilled with the experience and would recommend to everyone!

We booked through yourselves for inflatables for our staff BBQ. We were incredibly impressed with your service, from booking and liaising right up to the day. We loved how you touched base the day before due to the weather being awful!, and provided some alternatives should it be too wet/windy. Your 2 members of staff were extremely polite and friendly. We are sorry for dragging them all the way down from Swansea!

We will definitely be using JM Entertainment again for any inflatables we require. Thank you again for making our Staff BBQ great fun.

Company goes above and beyond to deliver a good service. Everything from booking to eventually removing the equipment went smoothly, communication was exceptionally clear throughout and our event attendees loved having a go on the claw machine. Lauren was a super star throughout and nothing seemed too much trouble. Will be using again.

First time using JME and would definitely use again! Hired 3 games to keep little & big kids entertained at a birthday party. Very smooth and professional customer service all way from quote through to event night. Prompt and professional communication with office and delivery staff. Delivery staff professional and polite. Care taken during set-up to ensure we were happy and knew how to operate games. Can highly recommend. Will definitely use again!

JM Entertainment we're very quick in getting back to us even when they were on a break. The equipment arrived on time on the night by 2 x friendly delivery drivers and they set up really quickly and explained everything to us. JM Entertainment sent us all the details of the drivers a week before and helped me ensure that the equipment would fit through the doors and in the room. Have used them before and will certainly use them again!

JM Entertainment provided our client with a claw machine for their exhibition stand and it definitely gave that unique focal point that the client was after. Communication with the team at JM entertainment was excellent, from guiding us on how many teddies we would need to fill the machine to how to make the grabber settings harder on the day. We are looking forward to seeing how we can incorporate some of their other products onto exhibition stands in the future!

They always go above and beyond, Lauren was a pleasure to deal with over email and couldn't do enough for us!

As for the delivery of the items and the staff that deliver they are always professional and on time and easy to get hold of if we need them out of hours!

Climbing Wall Hire

JM Entertainment were brilliant for a Fun Day we hosted.

They provided really quick responses and very professional with informed decision making when we needed to change the equipment last minute.

First time working with JM Entertainment for our Party in the Park event which unfortunately had to be postponed and they were great and so easy to work with looking at securing a new date that worked for everyone. This marks our second year partnering with JM Entertainment for our corporate event, and once again, they've exceeded our expectations! Just like last year, JM Entertainment delivered a spectacular experience.

Last year, we enlisted their fun fair stands and staff, a big hit with both children and adults. This year, we added their human-sized hungry hippos and gladiator inflatables, among other attractions, and it was an absolute crowd pleaser!

We consistently opt for two of their staff members to assist us, and they consistently go above and beyond. They handle setup with ease, arrive punctually, and engage effortlessly with our staff and visitors throughout the event.

JM Entertainment has officially become our go-to choice for event entertainment. They consistently provide a top-notch, 5-star service. It's safe to say they are the best in the business!

Hired an adult bouncy castle for a community event with generator. They guys set everything up fast and showed me how to use the equipment. The event went well and guys arrived on time and packed up quickly like they hadn't even been there. Brilliant service would highly recommend to anyone super friendly team. Mini Playzone Party Bouncy & SlideCamelot Adult Bouncy CastleBasketball Inflatable Hire

We held a community fun day with multiple inflatables. James was so helpful, he called the day before to check in, but also offered us an alternative activity when we didn’t need something else. Invoicing and admin was smooth and the very helpful guy who came to set up was lovely. Really happy with our experience!

JM Entertainments customer service was second to none from start to finish. Their planning team helped me choose the best products for the space I had to work with & were quick to respond on product availability.

The set up at the event was faultless, the guys were so speedy in getting everything ready! They arrived in plenty of time & waited patiently for us to be ready to start.

Driving Racing Simulator Hire

We used JM Entertainment for an event at the end of April. Helen and Lauren in the team were incredibly helpful in providing a very timely quote and arranging the booking, while providing me with all the information I needed for the day.

On the day Dan was great in setting up and taking me through how the game worked. We opted to not have a member of the team with us during the duration of the event, so Dan recorded a run through so our team could all refer back to it over the weekend.
Pickup was just as smooth. All in all, a great company in all aspects. Thanks again, Imogen.

The event we organised across our 3 sites went very well and it should be noted that the customer service was first class a special mention to the 2 guys who set up and take down the equipment should be made and we will definitely use them again in the future as nothing is to much trouble

Plus the equipment is great - we hired a boxing machine which was great fun and popcorn too which was great quality and tasted amazing,

Lauren, Helen & Matt from JM were all brilliant to work with. We didn't give them much notice but they were professional and efficient and sorted out what we needed in super quick time. On the day, Matt was great - making sure our staff were engaged and making the most of the Batak board. Overall a great experience - highly recommended!
